The organisers of the 2024 EASM conference have allocated five scholarships for young academics members of EASM. Each scholarship includes the conference fees and four nights’ accommodation.
Comfort studios are already booked at the All-Suites Appart Hôtel in Noisy-le-Grand, each featuring two single beds, a workspace, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Free internet is also available in each studio. This arrangement will grant the students complete autonomy. Our booking is for four nights, from September 3rd to September 7th.
The accommodations are located within a 5 minutes walking distance from the RER station. To reach the conference venue, attendees will need to take the public transport for a 2 minutes journey, followed by a 5 minutes walk.
The accommodations are located near the Noisy-le-Grand Mont d’Est station, while the conference venue is next to the Noisy-Champs station, which is the next stop in the direction of Marne-la-Vallée Chessy.
Tickets for the RER can be conveniently purchased directly at the station.
The 5 already selected members will need to arrange and cover their own meals throughout the duration of the conference, as well as any transportation expenses incurred while traveling to and from the venue. All the commodities can be easily accessed near the accommodations or at the Descartes campus.
