Paris is one of the most attractive cities in the world and offers a wide range of accommodation options. However, we recommend that you book your accommodation as early as possible for two reasons: only one hotel is located in the Cité Descartes (2 minutes’ walk from the Palais de Congrès ) and the Paralympic Games will attract many visitors, which may disrupt hotel availability.

30 of the 110 rooms are already pre-booked. The EASM rates cover stays from 03 to 06 September at a rate of €140 per night for a single room, breakfast included.

– All Suites Appart Hôtel Noisy-le-Grand ***
The accommodations are located within a 5 minutes walking distance from the RER station. To reach the conference venue, attendees will need to take the public transport for a 2 minutes journey, followed by a 5 minutes walk. The accommodations are located near the Noisy-le-Grand Mont d’Est station, while the conference venue is next to the Noisy-Champs station, which is the next stop in the direction of Marne-la-Vallée Chessy.
There is a wide range of accommodations available, with the most comprehensive and independent option being the Comfort Studios. They feature either two single beds or one double bed, a study area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Free internet is also provided in each studio.
A discount of 15% is available using the code EASM. This code is valid from 3 to 7 September 2024 reservations. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours prior to arrival, and a credit card is required for booking.
